Inspection for tenders

During tenders procedures, it could be necessary to get a special pass for inspections to reserved areas. Therefore, it will be necessary to obtain a suitable access permit if:

• The delegate has not a valid airport pass;
• The delegate has a valid airport pass but it is not allowed for the areas concerned for the inspection.
The process consists in two steps, for the two both the above cases, and is valid for Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.

After the registration, it will be necessary to make a pass request by filling up the form, accordingly to the same info provided for the tender, available at this link: FORM FOR AIRPORT INSPECTION

Please note:

• If a delegate has to drop off a previous expired airport pass, he/she will NOT be able to get a new one for the inspection;
• Access credentials are valid only to get airport pass for the inspection (not for the airport pass)
